November 16th, I did two live feed video's through my Facebook profile, of me painting a photo reference I took of artist the beautiful and talented artist Nicole Charles, you can view her wonderful abstract work here: 

The video is really shaky because I was holding my phone, but I'm now happy to announce that I have a tripod! Unfortunately, my other video where I'm using a tripod, cannot upload with sound on Youtube because of the music in the background ... no more music I suppose.

This is only one of the approaches I take in the beginning stages of my paintings. This method is closer to how I would typically start a drawing, and I regrettably worked on a 12"X16" canvas that I feel is a little too small for my subject.

The brands of paint I'm using is Golden Acrylics (Heavy Body) & Tri-Art Acrylics - (High Viscosity). I've listed the vanity names of the colors given by each company as well as their pigment codes.
